At the Construction Site
A specific jobsite supervisor will oversee all the details of coordinating with subcontractors and the ordering and delivery of materials, but the team at Idell Construction Co. Inc. will include other regularly involved members to ensure that all areas of the project are thoroughly and carefully managed.

We maintain formal safety programs that include on-site inspections for all trades, safety meetings, input from our insurance carrier, and inspections by outside safety agencies. Safety is our single most important priority.
To ensure an excellent product from start to finish, field inspections are made at regular intervals by the superintendent, project manager, and project executive to highlight any areas which do not meet specified quality.
In addition to construction of the building, we can also manage the installation of parking lots, sidewalks, and landscaping, ensuring that your business is easily accessible and aesthetically pleasing.
Project Completion
The smooth transition into the opening and operating of your business is one of our goals as we close out the project. We will guide you through the process of transferring utilities and other final details.
