I'm a bit biased but my husband works with the company and I brag on his work constantly. They always do good work and all within a timely manner. They will build to please you, the owner and change what they need to anytime without dragging their heels they just do the work and do it all very well. I would definitely hire them to build my home some day in the future.
You won’t find a more honest and efficiently run construction company. Their cost estimation was accurate and helpful to make decisions before starting construction. A true pleasure to work with. They have decades of experience which will help you to save money while getting a beautiful, carefully installed result.
Idell Construction built a new commercial building for us in 2021, from the design phase completely through to final completion, on time and slightly under budget/estimate. They communicated well throughout the process, were honest about issues that arose, and kept their workplace clean and neat. I would highly recommend them.
What a incredible experience it has been having Idell Construction build our home. Building a home while living 700 miles away would normally be very stressful but it wasn't. I received weekly updates and photos. My calls and texts were always answered. They were spot on with knowing what I wanted and they built me my dream home. Absolutely love it.
My husband and I as well as his rock star staff are thrilled with the renovation and expansion of Tusculum Dental Care at 1104 E. Church Street by Idell Construction. We are a repeat customer and will continue to reach out to them should we have future builds or renovations. I am absolutely thrilled with my forever HOME! Working with Idell Construction was so easy. From my very first meeting with Jeff and Josh to working with Matt throughout the entire build. They made me feel comfortable in an area that I had no experience in. There were no dumb questions and they met every one of my needs and wants in my home. Idell Construction is a family owned business that believes in giving their clients a beautiful build, whether it’s a home or a business. I highly recommend Idell Construction if you are planning on a build. I promise you’ll have no regrets.
First of all, our house is a dream. Jeff and Josh Idell were amazing to work with. Any type of question or change was greeted with responsiveness and thought. They completed everything we asked on time and to the penny on our estimate. They are whole team of contractors were awesome! It was an incredible experience made easier by Idell construction.
There are so many great things to say about our experience with Idell Construction. If we were to talk about all of them, this post would be too long. Their solid Christian values and strong character stood out the most. Jeff Idell is a no-nonsense man who stands behind his word. He went above and beyond for us on so many occasions and for that we are forever grateful. Victor was a pleasure to work with and our site foreman was the best. Our home is absolutely amazing!
