We have a team of in-house designers that use AutoDesk’s Revit software to develop floor plans and three-dimensional models to help you visualize the layout and look of your project. In-person or online collaboration allows us to make real-time adjustments to these plans. With your input, we can design according to your specific needs.

As a design-build company, we offer services related to both the design of the project and its construction. This method enables us to have an intimate knowledge of your project and to incorporate our knowledge and experience with available products, materials, and subcontractors to most efficiently and cost effectively design and build your project. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with us in the project’s design process and make necessary changes before plans are finalized.

We realize that your project, whether residential or commercial, is personal and specific to your needs. Using AutoDesk’s Revit software, in-person or online collaboration allows us to make real-time adjustments to plans developed in-house. Our caring and knowledgeable team of designers can work and communicate directly with you to address each specific need.

We handle the process of acquiring all necessary permits for your project. In most cases, our close connections and long-standing relationships with both Greene County and the Town of Greeneville building commissions make the permit process smooth and hassle-free.

In some cases, you may need or want to get a survey of your property before construction. We can assist with acquiring a survey of your property or can recommend a local surveyor for you.

Our team can advise on the best placement for your project, as well as site preparation for driveways and utilities. We can also help you to find a site if that’s where you need to start!

The Construction Process

That can depend on various factors: the building design, whether it’s residential or commercial, the types of construction materials, and what kind of specialized amenities and/or finishes, to name a few. Factors outside of our control, such as weather and fluctuations in the economy can also contribute to the timeline of a construction project. Generally speaking, an average sized residential construction project can take between seven and nine months to complete.

We offer assistance in determining product finishes and help navigate the various product and material options based on a predetermined budget proposal; however, the assistance of an interior designer may be something you are looking for. We do offer the option of working with a professional interior designer and can suggest one if you need.

Keeping tight records and management over the project enables us to bill completed aspects of the project on a monthly basis. Not only does this prevent overwhelming billing statements, but our detailed billing format allows for clear communication and peace of mind. It also helps avoid any surprise expenditures. We are what you would call a “turnkey” builder. This means from design phase to your finished project we handle all communication with suppliers and subcontractors, including billing and payments, throughout the whole process. As a result, you the client are merely responsible for one hassle-free payment a month directly to us.

We specialize in custom residential homes as well as a variety of commercial projects. We are a design-build company, offering in-house drafting services, but we also work with building plans you may choose to provide.
