I'm a bit biased but my husband works with the company and I brag on his work constantly. They always do good work and all within a timely manner. They will build to please you, the owner and change what they need to anytime without dragging their heels they just do the work and do it all very well. I would definitely hire them to build my home some day in the future.
You won’t find a more honest and efficiently run construction company. Their cost estimation was accurate and helpful to make decisions before starting construction. A true pleasure to work with. They have decades of experience which will help you to save money while getting a beautiful, carefully installed result.
Idell Construction built a new commercial building for us in 2021, from the design phase completely through to final completion, on time and slightly under budget/estimate. They communicated well throughout the process, were honest about issues that arose, and kept their workplace clean and neat. I would highly recommend them.

First of all, our house is a dream. Jeff and Josh Idell were amazing to work with. Any type of question or change was greeted with responsiveness and thought. They completed everything we asked on time and to the penny on our estimate. They are whole team of contractors were awesome! It was an incredible experience made easier by Idell construction.
There are so many great things to say about our experience with Idell Construction. If we were to talk about all of them, this post would be too long. Their solid Christian values and strong character stood out the most. Jeff Idell is a no-nonsense man who stands behind his word. He went above and beyond for us on so many occasions and for that we are forever grateful. Victor was a pleasure to work with and our site foreman was the best. Our home is absolutely amazing! From my very first meeting with Jeff and Josh to working with Matt throughout the entire build. They made me feel comfortable in an area that I had no experience in. There were no dumb questions and they met every one of my needs and wants in my home. Idell Construction is a family owned business that believes in giving their clients a beautiful build, whether it’s a home or a business. I highly recommend Idell Construction if you are planning on a build. I promise you’ll have no regrets.
Charles Toppings2024-07-07Jeff and his team were great to work with. Best home build experience we have had, And we’ve built or finished 8 houses. It was a smooth process from Josh’s help in design/start up, then Matt’s supervision of the process, to Eric’s landscaping. Finished early and under budget, although my wife deserves a big chunk of the credit on the budget. She made wise decisions with Idell’s help. All of their sub contractors were great and easy to work with. Finishing early was helped in a big way by Matt’s planning and scheduling skills. It also helps that they have a good crew who can fall in on areas where a subcontractor isn’t practical or timely. Like others have said, they are not the cheapest but Sheila and I believe they were worth it.

They gave solid advice and feedback on many items I had not even considered. They finished well ahead of schedule and that is with me changing items along the way. From the first meeting, where they brought us in to their conference room to discuss our project, to the very end, they made the process of designing and building our home very smooth. Being out of state for most of the project, they made it very easy to keep us connected with the progress. Idell Construction was super-professional, true to their word, they listened to us but were also good at helping us manage our expectations and provide realistic solutions to achieve the results we wanted. I am the executive director of the Humane Society and I must say that it was a pleasure to work alongside Jeff and his crew. Jeff was always responsive and professional. Our new Humane Society looks like a work of art. It is so beautiful and built to last 60-80 years. I couldn't be happier!

The Idell team is outstanding in so many ways and the sub contractors they work with are all superior tradesmen. They may not be the cheapest contractor around but as they so often say "you get what you pay for'". We don't plan on moving or building again but if we were we would not hesitate to use Idell Construction again.
