We also provide gravel or concrete driveways for easy access to the building. We work closely with local utility companies to coordinate and install all essential services and utilities, including electrical, water, sewer/septic systems, and natural gas or propane.

Foundation Excellence

Once the site has been adequately prepared, we pour a custom turn-down foundation slab, a must for superior strength. This reinforced concrete base, with rebar in the turn-down for added durability, extends below the frost line and includes a moisture barrier underneath to prevent heaving, settling, and moisture intrusion common in our region.

Constructing the Shell

With the foundation set, we construct the post frame using treated wood posts anchored to the slab with heavy-duty steel brackets. Once framed, the shell is given a water-tight, clean finish with high-grade steel panels that come in a variety of colors. 

The shell goes up in a matter of days thanks to pre-engineered components efficiently packaged and delivered to the site.
